10,000 visitors, wow!

***Thanks for your comments! I already have a couple of entries without email addresses (noreply-comment) - if you're not sure whether your email is activated in your blog account, view your profile page, you should have a "Contact: Email" link somewhere on your page - if not, please follow Anne's great instructions on how to fix that (see menu on the right)!***

As promised, here's my give-away to celebrate my 10,000th visitor since June 3, 2009!

One lucky winner will receive 2 yards (4 half-yards) of coordinated fabrics purchased in Alaska! Quite the travelled fabric, eh? The turquoise fabric was hand-dyed in the store.

To enter, leave a comment telling me whether you would travel to the moon in a space shuttle if you had the opportunity! If you want to, go ahead and spread the word to your blog friends :)

I will draw a winner on Wednesday, February 9th!

GOOD LUCK!

My dream vacation is to go to Alaska, but I would not want to go to the moon.

However, if you go there, I'd like an assortment of fat quarters from the quilt shop they would undoubtedly have, so if you'd bring that for me, I'd like that.

Congrats on such a wonderful blog and all the visitors you have coming on a regular basis.

Hope I'm lucky enough to get some Alaska fabric!

As a child, I thought I was going to be a scientist and be one of the first to colonize the moon...when I dreamed, I dreamed BIG!!!! Now, I don't think so....:)
I have a nephew that worked in Alaska for a year with sled dog teams. He loved his time there...this fabric would make a great keepsake quilt for him.

Congratulations on 10,000 visitors! How cool is that! And your Alaska fabric is beautiful. Wild and free :-) And the answer to your question is NO! I would never want to travel in a space shuttle to anywhere. I'm a homebody and I like being close to my family, friends, and my sewing machine ;-)

ummm .. no. I don't even like roller coasters, so I think a space shuttle would be right out!

BUT, I would love to win the Alaska fabric! I have a cousin who lives on Lopez Island in Washington state. I've been thinking of making him a 'man quilt' for some time now and this fabric would be *perfect*!

I definitely would not travel to the moon. My husband absolutely would, though. He's the dare devil in the family. ;)

No traveling to the moon for me. But I'd love to visit Alaska again (lived there in the early 60s). And if I can't get to Alaska, winning some Alaskan fabric would be great too.

Though would NOT travel to the moon - I would love to take an Alaskan Cruise during the warmest time of the year. Better yet, if win your fabrics can make a virtual trip to Alaska via a quilt.
