[Oops, I forgot to actually upload one of the posts about the spring quilt, it's from the week before the festival, check it out here to see the progress of this quilt!]
I was very frustrated that I was too ill to even quilt, I could have been so productive, but alas. As soon as I came back from a trip to Montreal, though, I finished the spring quilt top (minus the borders), here it is:
I'm really happy with how it turned out, especially with the different block centers. Now I will put a couple of borders around it and think about a backing and the quilting.
I've been so spoiled by the convenient small size of the children's quilts I made recently, that I'm not looking forward to hoisting the bulk of a double-bed-sized quilt around under my tiny Singer sewing machine... will probably have to take over the dining table again for a while :)

Very pretty Springy quilt!! You probably forgot to post the picture because your head is too full of your next projects LOL. I don't envy you having to man handle this larger quilt trough your sewing machine, but I'm sure it will turn out lovely.
Crispy
Oh I like that quilt. Blue really makes a quilt look springy as Crispy said. We were in Pennsylvania, had cousins in from Montreal and they had to go shopping for clothes as it was so hot...ah those french...then they wore them home to Montreal and froze getting out of the car...stupid too....lol
Love your quilt! Your colors are very springy. How are you planning on quilting it??
Man, you've been very busy since I last checked in. Look at all the goodies you have made. Way to go. This is very cute.
What a beautiful quilt! Thanks for posting the link. :)
